Known for having the largest array of cooling equipment, Koolant Koolers offers process temperature control for any application. Everything from sales, engineering, and service are all based out of Kalamazoo, MI. J Series (1/8 - 2 ton)
Standard, Portable, Closed-Loop Chiller
With a capacity range of 2,100 to 24,000 BTU/hr, the J-series is an air-cooled chiller for indoor applications. These units are efficient and can be used in a number of different applications.
s Series (3 - 20 ton)
Standard Closed-Loop Chiller
The S-Series can offer anywhere from 36,000 to 240,000 BTU/hr. They can be offered in either an air-cooled or water-cooled configuration as well as indoor or outdoor installation. Options offered include anti-back flow, inlet water filter, flow and pressure options, casters (up to 5 tons), and a remote PGD controller (outdoor chillers).
W Series (2 - 60 ton)
Customized Closed-Loop Chiller
The W Series base model is a self-contained chiller unit with a process pump to be used with water or water/glycol. This chiller line utilizes a brazed plate heat exchanger for high efficiency. The options include anti-back flow kits, fluid level switch, auto-makeup, pressure relief bypass, remote digital display and remote condenser. For critical applications, redundant designs with the W Series can offer over 99.96% uptime.
A Series (2 - 60 ton)
Recirculating Chiller
Designed to cool water soluble oil, oils of all different viscosities and water applications. Filtration available, as well as pumps to provide tank recirculation. The A Series options include water-cooled or remote condensers, blower packages, process pumps, 100 micron fluid filter and flow switches.
D Series (1 - 30 ton)
Drop-In Chiller
These Drop-In Chiller units are designed to sit in the existing customer tank to minimize required footprint and eliminate clogging issues. The drop-in submersed coil is ideal for applications using water, water soluble or oil-based process fluids. Options include water-cooled or remote condensers, remote digital display and lifting frame.
P Series (5 - 60 ton)
Modular Chiller
The P Series is a pressurized closed loop system featuring an oxygen-free system that prevents evaporation and biological growth in water-only systems. This limits acid build-up to extend coolant life for water-glycol systems. This system is also self-contained with its own tank, pump and header piping to be a scalable system. The control system’s design permits a single module to operate as a stand-alone chiller with the ability to add modules and a master controller as cooling capacity needs grow, which makes it ideal to support N+1 system designs. In the 40 tons and larger, dual refrigeration circuits are available in each module for improved uptime through component redundancy. Its energy efficient controls automatically match system cooling output to part-load demand. With its pressurized system, scalability and redundant design capabilities, the P Series offers more for your total cost of ownership.
F Series (5 - 90 ton)
Fan-Cooled Fluid Cooler
The F Series Economizer uses natural cold air to cool process fluid as conditions warrant, allowing the chiller system to operate less often in colder months. This leads to energy savings and extended chiller component life.
HEX Series (1 - 120 ton)
Heat Exchanger Packages
Highly customizable, designed to your specification, this unit can accommodate any process fluid. The process is fed to the hot side while the plant water or dedicated chiller feeds to the cold side. The heat exchanger package include:
- Highly customizable, designed to specification

- Two-way motorized temperature control valve
- Process is fed to hot side
