TransTech, also known previously as Delta Star is the leader in conductor rail. Whether you application is high amperage or low amperage, indoor or outdoor, straight or curved, TransTech has a solution.
Enclosed conductor bar product line with continuous copper electrification. This can be applied to multiple applications including cranes, automated equipment, material handling, and in some cases curved track projects.
Compact conductor bar system used for lower currents. This is available in aluminum or copper and is capable of carrying up to 550 amps.
Systems are available up to 6000 amps and built to work in corrosive environments. This conductor bar gives ease to implementation with a number of ways it can be installed.
This type of bar is inverted and is built for harsh and outdoor applications. Due to the inverted design, this keeps dust and debris from collecting on the contact surfaces. Particularly perform well in long runs and also provides ease of installation. This is available up to 6000 amps.
This bar acts as a lower amp system with all the protection benefits of the inverted design. 6101-T6 alloy is used to provide a heavy duty design. Assembly can be completed by the use of standard wrenches and hex head bolts. This can be provided in pre-cut lengths to fit all requirements.
Utilizes highly conductive aluminum with stainless steel to provide a corrosion resistant conductor bar. This has continuous contact pressure along the entire length of the rail. Very low maintenance due to its lightweight durable design.
Extruded aluminum conductor section is connected to the steel section using compression bolts to ensure the conductivity between the two. When a steel contact surface is needed for an application over aluminum or copper, this is a great option.
It has been great working with Mocker and Associates! Their technical support and communication on projects have been more than exemplary.
